Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Rotating Intern Program. This program offers a unique blend of operations and sales experience, providing a comprehensive understanding of the scrap metal recycling business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the identification and processing of scrap metal materials
- Participate in daily operations and supply chain logistics
- Develop relationships with customers and commercial teams
- Contribute to strategic planning and project development
- Present a summer-long project with a final presentation
Requirements:
- Actively pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
- Ability to travel up to 70% of the time to various facilities
- Reliable mode of transportation and ability to book hotel reservations
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Applications
Preferred Qualifications:
- Rising Junior or Senior in Business, Operations, Management, Supply Chain, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Economics, or related field
- Previous internship or leadership experience
- Strong safety focus and willingness to relocate post-graduation
