The Caleb Brett team specializes in cargo inspection and analytical evaluation for the petroleum, mining, minerals, and biofuels sectors. Key Responsibilities:
As a Laboratory Operations Coordinator, you will:

  • Receive service requests through various channels and document the details accurately.
  • Establish renewable testing methodologies and provide training to staff.
  • Engage with both new and existing clients, representing the company positively.
  • Maintain detailed records for each job, ensuring unique identifiers are assigned.
  • Review client instructions to identify potential operational issues and communicate with relevant parties to find solutions.
  • Familiarize yourself with the client’s agreements and ensure clear communication regarding their needs.
  • Update stakeholders to facilitate the organization of requested services and relay critical information regarding product hazards.
  • Act as the primary contact for designated clients, managing all instructions and communications.
  • Compile information from clients, liaise with the laboratory on analyses performed, and prepare final reports for publication.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of completed jobs for billing and claims purposes.
  • Stay informed about the company’s locations and capabilities to provide accurate information to clients.
  • Conduct client visits to foster positive relationships and represent the company effectively.

All responsibilities must be executed in alignment with the company's Safety Policy, Quality Management System, and Ethics Policy.

Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:

  • A valid driver’s license with a reliable driving record.
  • A college degree or equivalent experience in the petroleum laboratory or renewable energy sector.
  • Technical proficiency in laboratory processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Work Schedule:
This position operates from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday.
