Healthcare Business Development Specialist

Nurta Home Healthcare is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for creating and implementing an overall marketing strategy to increase patient census and foster partnerships with healthcare professionals.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing marketing campaigns to promote our services and build relationships with healthcare providers.
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue.
- Collaborating with our clinical and operations teams to ensure a consistent message and delivery of our services.
- Providing exceptional customer service and support to our patients and healthcare partners.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 1-5 years of experience in marketing, public relations, or communications in a healthcare setting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
