Must possess Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) or Physician Assistant-Certified (PA-C) credentials with the relevant certification.

Physical Demands:

This role involves frequent sitting, standing, and walking, with occasional lifting of objects weighing up to 10 lbs and infrequent lifting of items up to 50 lbs.

Work Schedule:

Standard hours are Monday to Friday, primarily from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, totaling 40 hours per week, with flexibility for additional hours as required.

Position Overview:

The Advanced Practice Provider in Urology plays a crucial role within a collaborative healthcare team, providing care in both outpatient and inpatient settings. This position is responsible for the management of patients with acute and chronic urological conditions.

The APP will typically be part of a service-oriented team, overseeing daily patient care activities. There may be occasions where the APP focuses primarily on outpatient and procedural care for the same patient demographic.

With a solid grounding in evidence-based practices, the APP is tasked with fostering a safe and high-quality care environment. Key responsibilities include demonstrating advanced clinical knowledge, maintaining professional standards in communication and documentation, and committing to ongoing professional growth and skill validation.

Supervisory Duties:

This position does not include supervisory responsibilities.
