Job Summary:
The Cardiac Advanced Practice Provider works in collaboration with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to provide perioperative care for all cardiac floor patients. This includes inpatient management of floor status patients from admission/transfer to discharge and occasional outpatient management.

Responsibilities:
Provide advanced level of medical knowledge and clinical and technical competency
Demonstrate sound clinical judgment and professionalism related to interpersonal and general communication skills
Take responsibility for ongoing professional development and competency validation
Work in collaboration with a multidisciplinary healthcare team

Requirements:
Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) with Acute Care Nurse Practitioner Certification (ACNP) or Physician Assistant-Certified (PA-C)
1 year of required related experience
Ability to work every other Friday and occasional other hours/schedule as needed
