Bistro Attendant

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Bistro Attendant to join our team at the Courtyard by Marriott in Lynchburg, VA. As a Bistro Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is memorable and enjoyable.

• Respond to guest requests in a timely and friendly manner
• Ensure knowledge of menu and restaurant promotions and specials
• Take guest food and/or beverage orders and input orders in the appropriate point-of-sale system
• Retrieve and deliver food and beverage orders in a timely manner
• Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal service
• Serve alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with federal, state, local and company regulations
• Ensure serving station is well-stocked at all times

• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
• Detail-oriented
• Enjoy working as part of a team
• Previous hotel experience preferred
