Bistro Attendant

Essex Hotel Management is seeking a dedicated Bistro Attendant to join our team at the Courtyard by Marriott in Lynchburg, VA.

We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to provide exceptional service to our guests in the hotel's bistro. As a Bistro Attendant, you will be responsible for serving food and beverages, responding to guest requests, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

• Provide prompt and friendly service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
• Ensure knowledge of menu items, promotions, and specials to make informed recommendations to guests.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and input them into the point-of-sale system.
• Retrieve and deliver food and beverages in a timely manner, ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean and organized serving station, restocking supplies as needed.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience.

• Previous hotel experience is preferred, but not required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
