- Conduct Regular Security Patrols: Conduct regular security patrols of the premises to detect and prevent any potential security threats.
- Monitor and Control Access: Monitor and control access to the premises, ensuring that only authorized personnel and visitors are granted entry.
- Respond to Emergencies: Respond promptly to any emergency situations or security incidents, taking appropriate action to mitigate risks and ensure the safety of all individuals on the premises.
- Maintain Security Records: Maintain detailed logs and records of all security-related activities, including incident reports and access logs.
- Collaborate with Law Enforcement: Collaborate closely with local law enforcement agencies and government officials to coordinate security efforts and share relevant information.
- Undergo Regular Training: Undergo regular training and certification to stay up-to-date with the latest security protocols and best practices.
Requirements:
- Age and Education: Be at least 21 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Citizenship and Language: Be a U.S. citizen and proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.
- Background and Certification: Hold a valid Armed Special Police Officer certification and license, and undergo a criminal background investigation to determine good moral character.
- Experience and Skills: Have a minimum of 3 years of experience as an Armed Special Police Officer or in a similar security role, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, and familiarity with government security protocols.
- Physical Demands: Be physically capable of responding quickly to emergency situations and apprehending suspects, restraining individuals, and utilizing force, when necessary, in accordance with company policies and procedures.

The selection process for this position will consist of the following phases:
Wages and Benefits:
The hiring wage scale for this position ranges from $27.00 to $31.00 per hour, with opportunities for overtime pay and holiday pay at time and a half. Health and Welfare benefits will be 4.80 an hour, which will be included in the rate advertised above.
