Job Title: Service Technician

At B Safe Security, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Service Technician to join our team. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of security systems, including fire alarm systems, intrusion systems, access control systems, and CCTV systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide on-site emergency troubleshooting and repairs of customers' low-voltage fire and security equipment
  • Prepare accurate and timely service tickets and reports
  • Perform other duties as required, including installation of new devices, inspections, and repair of deficiencies
  • Ensure a high level of customer service, satisfaction, and communication
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment on and off site

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma / GED
  • Experience is a plus but not required
  • Basic computer knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must read and speak English
  • Must be responsible, reliable, self-motivated, team-oriented, quick learner, personable, and well-organized
  • Valid Driver's License and clean driving record required

Work Requirements:

  • Ability to work with hand tools, meters, and other necessary industry-related equipment
  • Ability to climb ladders and operate lifts
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
