As a key member of our Facilities Operations & Maintenance Team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, including the maintenance of critical systems and utilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and maintain the operation of HVAC equipment, hydronic systems, compressed air, medium voltage electrical distribution, and various exhaust systems.
  • Utilize control systems to monitor equipment and respond to alarms and urgent facility situations.
  • Start and stop equipment, and maintain facility operation through control software.
  • Provide support for new equipment installation, startup, commissioning, and sustaining operations.
  • Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures, and participate in training as needed.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid US driver's license required.
  • 5 years of related experience in an industrial setting, military experience, or a combination of experience with a technical degree.
  • Advanced understanding of equipment and systems, and the ability to diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical problems.
  • Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment, at heights and confined spaces, around machinery and moving parts.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in repetitive motions and pressure involving fingers, hands, and wrists.
