Oncology Nurse Specialist

The Williamson Health organization seeks a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join its team in delivering exceptional patient care. This role focuses on oncology nursing, working across various units to ensure the highest standards of healthcare are met.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to adult and pediatric patients in oncology settings.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to patient needs.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver cohesive care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
Requirements:
- Earned nursing diploma or degree from an accredited institution.
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse in Tennessee.
- BLS certification required within 90 days of hire.
- Oncology-specific certifications (e.g., ONS chemo/immunotherapy) may be preferred.
- Prolonged standing and working for up to 12 hours daily.
- Able to lift with assistance up to 250 pounds.
