Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at WellStar Health System. As a Primary Clinical Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to a positive patient experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform the Nursing Process (assessment, diagnosis, identification of outcomes, planning, implementation, and evaluation) in the performance of clinical care using evidence-based practice.
  • Provide relationship-based patient-centered care that is consistent with population-specific characteristics.
  • Partner with patients and significant others to set and achieve patient goals.
  • Coordinate the delivery and documentation of safe, quality patient care.
  • Participate in performance improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of safety and excellence.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited/approved school of nursing.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited school of nursing preferred.
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Georgia or eligible for compact licensure.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
