Key duties encompass welcoming patients, overseeing documentation, responding to calls, coordinating appointments, and assisting with administrative responsibilities.

Essential Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in a dental or medical office setting
  • Familiarity with practice management software
  • Understanding of dental insurance protocols and procedures
  • Exceptional communication and organizational abilities
  • Client-oriented approach

This role is full-time and may require occasional overtime. Flexibility to travel to various locations might be necessary.
