Job Title: Enterprise Service Tech

At Everon, we're committed to delivering exceptional service and support to our customers. As an Enterprise Service Tech, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our security systems, troubleshooting and repairing low voltage panels, wiring, and devices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Service, troubleshoot, and repair low voltage panels, wiring, and devices
  • Provide reliable, high-quality customer support
  • Provide customer instruction on system operation and functionality
  • Perform system testing and signal verification
  • Maintain necessary truck stock/inventory (equipment and tools)
  • Organize and utilize technical resources, information, material, and support to ensure efficient execution of assigned tasks
  • Ensure progress and completion of assigned tasks
  • Provide documentation of service and hours worked
  • Complete and submit all required task-related activities, productivity, and other documentation in a timely manner
Requirements:
  • Minimum of High School Diploma/Vocational Training
  • One (1) or more years of experience
  • Working knowledge of trouble shooting enterprise intrusion systems, fire systems, CCTV, intercom access control systems
  • Working knowledge of local/national codes desired
  • Ability to read drawings and pull wires accordingly
  • Valid driver's license and ability to clear a drug screening
