About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned professional with a strong background in human resources management, organizational change management, or a related field. Your expertise will help us navigate complex organizational challenges and drive strategic outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement workforce strategies to drive organizational change and improvement
  • Conduct data-driven competency assessments and analyze workforce utilization to identify skill gaps and opportunities for growth
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to design and implement organizational and workforce assessments, including analysis of findings and development of recommendations
  • Support the design and implementation of Organizational Change Management (OCM) strategies, workforce management, stakeholder engagement, and communications
  • Advise federal sponsors and project teams on the impact of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and other tools on the federal workforce
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree and minimum of 8 years' professional experience in Human Resources Management, Organizational Change Management, Organization Development, Project Management, Operations Management, or a related discipline
  • Must be a US citizen and capable of obtaining and maintaining a DoD clearance
  • Demonstrated experience with federal authorities and policies for workforce management, advising on workforce strategies, solutions, and recommendations, and tailoring, adapting, and applying Organizational Change Management and/or workforce management models, frameworks, and methodologies
Preferred Qualifications
  • Preference given to qualified candidates with active clearance
  • MS, MBA, or PhD in Human Resources Management, Organizational Development, Organizational Leadership and Management, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Neuroscience, or Psychology
  • HR certifications (e.g., PHR/SPHR, SHRM-CP/-SCP is a plus)
