Position Overview:

We are excited to present a full-time opportunity for a Children's Clinician to deliver outpatient therapeutic services to children and their families at our Behavioral Health Center, both in-office and through outreach efforts.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations for children and their guardians as assigned, providing ongoing therapeutic interventions.
  • Participate in case conferences and interdisciplinary meetings to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Manage a designated caseload, performing assessments, treatment planning, and psychotherapy.
  • Utilize various therapeutic modalities, including individual, family, and group therapy.
  • Refer clients to external resources, agencies, clinics, and hospitals as necessary.
  • Facilitate seminars and contribute to staff training programs, offering consultation on clinical matters.
  • Provide on-call triage services to clients on a rotating schedule, with compensation for on-call duties.

  • Eligibility for MA LMHC licensure is also required.
