About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving improvement of key sales related metrics, such as market share, rolling 12/call frequency, on-deal percentage, and achieve growth & profitability targets. You will also establish and maintain relationships with major aggregate producers, create action plans for (any) accounts not meeting plan; track & report progress, collaborate with the aftermarket group (PSSRs) to drive incremental sales, including new product lines and territory coverage, collaborate with product support and rental departments to constantly improve efficiency, cost recovery, turnaround time, and profitability of products in the aggregate division.

Key Responsibilities

- Become actively involved in industry associations
- Create a safe working environment for employees; foster safety improvements and employee involvement
- Establish and maintain relationships with RMS' vendor partners
- Travel as required throughout RMS geography and to industry and vendor events

What We Offer
