Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Alliance Development Director to join our team. This role will focus on establishing and maintaining strategic partnerships with life science companies to drive growth and revenue across our product lines.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing business strategies, building strong relationships with clients, and driving results-oriented solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute Business Strategies: Identify new business opportunities, develop and execute business plans, and build strategic partnerships with key stakeholders.">
  • Build Strong Relationships: Foster strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and deliver tailored solutions that meet their objectives.">
  • Drive Results-Oriented Solutions: Analyze data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights to inform business decisions and drive growth.">
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with sales, marketing, and product development teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of business strategies.">
  • Travel and Meet with Clients: Travel approximately 20% of working time to meet with clients, partners, and other stakeholders to build relationships and drive business growth.">

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • ">
  • 3+ years of experience in alliance management, client services, or a related field;">
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners;">
  • Excellent business acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop actionable insights;">
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders;">
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, science, or engineering.">

A master's degree in a related field or an MBA is desired but not required.

Compensation and Benefits:

This role offers a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and bonuses.
