Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Somerby of Mobile. As a LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents and contributing to a positive and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care in collaboration with physicians and care associates.
  • Provide high-level care by making frequent rounds, ensuring continuity of care, documenting all pertinent care information, and observing residents' overall condition and behavior.
  • Assist the Director of Wellness in developing and updating resident care plans.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with residents, families, and physicians regarding resident care.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • LPN License in applicable state
  • First Aid & CPR Certified
  • At least 1 year of related work experience
