Are you ready to make a meaningful impact in the world of finance? At Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group (MUFG), we're seeking a talented Audit Relationship Manager to join our team.

About the Role

We're looking for a seasoned professional with a strong background in model risk management to provide audit coverage of model risk management activities. As an Audit Relationship Manager, you'll work closely with our team to assess the state of governance, risk management, and control environments, and report results in a timely and effective manner.

Responsibilities
  • Assess the effectiveness of model risk management activities
  • Provide audit coverage of model risk management activities
  • Work closely with the Audit Director to assign and review work
  • Maintain compliance with audit methodology and regulations
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with senior staff
  • Act as a leader and role model for the team
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in model risk management or financial services industry
  • Professional auditing certifications (CIA, CPA, or CISA) highly desirable
  • Ability to lead and execute full life cycle of an audit
  • Critical thinking, analytical, and project management skills
  • Ability to perform risk assessments and analyze risk trends
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Availability to travel 25% of the time
What We Offer

At MUFG, we offer a competitive salary range of $133K - $164K, depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location. This role may also be eligible for discretionary performance-based bonus and/or incentive compensation.
