In this role as a Patient Care Specialist, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients affected by chronic kidney disease. As a member of our team, you will work closely with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to deliver compassionate care and support.

Job Description

This position requires a Registered Nurse with an Associate's Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing. No prior dialysis experience is necessary, as training will be provided. You will work in an outpatient dialysis center, collaborating with a supportive team to provide personalized care to patients.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Building meaningful relationships with patients and their families
  • Delivering care to patients with multiple co-morbidities requiring unique treatment plans
  • Overseeing patient observations and collaborating with PCTs to conduct patient care activities
Required Skills and Qualifications

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate individual who possesses the following qualifications:

  • Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing
