**About the Role**
We are seeking a skilled Patient Care Specialist to join our team at Great Plains Health in the Emergency Department.
**Job Summary**
This is a full-time position with varied shifts, requiring strong communication and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of patient care principles and be able to work collaboratively with healthcare teams.
**Responsibilities**
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized plans of care
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
- Evaluate patient progress and make adjustments as needed
- Document patient information accurately and timely
**Requirements**
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Current RN license in the state of practice
- BLS certification
- Able to stand, walk, bend, squat, reach, and stretch frequently
