We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Genesis HealthCare. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall success of our healthcare team.
Job Summary:The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing direct patient care, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team, and promoting a culture of safety and excellence. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of $42.00 - $48.00 per hour.
Responsibilities:- Perform nursing assessments and develop effective plans of care in collaboration with the nursing team and other disciplines.
- Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of care.
- Delegate patient care responsibilities to staff and supervise them to ensure tasks and interventions are implemented effectively.
- Communicate patient information with assigned staff and between shifts, ensuring seamless care transitions.
- Must be a graduate of an approved school of nursing and currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing.
- CPR Certification is required.
- One to three years of experience working as a RN in a related setting is preferred.
