Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse - RN to join our team at Applewood Center - Winchester, NH. As a Registered Nurse - RN, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and develop effective plans of care in collaboration with the nursing team and other disciplines.
- Administer medications and perform treatments as ordered by physicians, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of care.
- Delegate patient care responsibilities to staff and supervise them to ensure tasks and interventions are implemented effectively.
- Communicate patient information with assigned staff and between shifts, ensuring seamless care transitions.

Qualifications:- Must be a graduate of an approved school of nursing and currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing.
- CPR Certification is required.
- One to three years of experience working as a RN in a related setting is preferred.
Pay Target: $48.00 / hour
