Sous Chef Position

Eurest is seeking a highly skilled Sous Chef to lead the Culinary Department in a fast-paced food service environment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the successful operation of the kitchen, including menu planning, food preparation, and cost control.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Executive Chef in managing cost controls and expenditures
- Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes
- Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure high-quality food production
- Collaborate with the culinary team to plan and execute catering events
Requirements:
- A.S. or equivalent experience in culinary arts
- Progressive culinary/kitchen management experience
- Catering experience a plus
- High volume, complex foodservice operations experience
