Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Automotive Technician to join our team at Hendrick Automotive Group. As an Express Service Technician, you will be responsible for performing vehicle repairs and maintenance, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities
  • Examine customer vehicles to identify necessary repairs and maintenance
  • Estimate costs of repairs and provide accurate quotes to customers
  • Perform vehicle repairs and maintenance, adhering to dealership and manufacturer guidelines
  • Document services performed and maintain accurate records
  • Communicate effectively with customers and team members to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and techniques
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive repair and maintenance; ASE certification a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
