Role Summary
We are in search of a motivated and passionate Resource Teacher. In this role, you will collaborate with classroom educators to cater to the diverse educational needs of young children, ranging from infants to Pre-Kindergarten (ages 2 months to 5 years). As a Resource Teacher, you will provide coverage for regular teachers during their absences, ensuring a safe and engaging educational setting while adhering to the established curriculum and maintaining classroom routines.

Core Responsibilities
- Execute lesson plans provided by the lead teacher, making adjustments as necessary to accommodate the children's needs.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment.

- Adhere to all policies and procedures regarding classroom management, health, and safety.
- Communicate effectively with children, staff, and parents as required.
- Provide feedback to the lead teacher regarding children's progress and any notable occurrences during their absence.
- Perform clerical tasks and other responsibilities as needed.
- Participate in required training and professional development opportunities.
Qualifications
GED required; an Associate's degree or ECE certification is preferred. Previous experience in early childhood education is advantageous.
Compensation
Salary range is $16 - $26, commensurate with education and experience.
