About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Contact Center Consultant to join our team at Call Federal Credit Union. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing exceptional member support and contributing to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective support to our members via telephone and electronic methods.
  • Process loan requests, stop payments, and check orders efficiently and accurately.
  • Assist members with debit card issues, online banking, and bill payment concerns.
  • Maintain extensive knowledge of credit union products and services to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Research and resolve complex member issues independently, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong telephone manner.
  • The ability to take initiative and add value to members and the credit union.
  • A positive and optimistic attitude.
  • Trustworthiness and honesty.
  • An acceptable background check, including credit, criminal, and insurance checks.

Work Environment

This position requires the employee to work indoors in a typical office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to have ordinary ambulatory skills sufficient to visit other locations, and the ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and manipulate light to medium weights of 1-25 pounds. Requires good hand-eye coordination, arm hand, and finger dexterity, including the ability to grasp, and visual acuity to use a keyboard, operate equipment, and read application information.

The employee frequently is required to sit, reach with arms, talk, and hear. The work environment is generally quiet, with occasional noise from office equipment and staff conversations.

The employee may be required to work on site at one of our locations or remotely from home, depending on their individual circumstances and the needs of the business.
