Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Lighthouse Behavioral Health Hospital. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide medical care to our patients in a clinical setting under the supervision of a physician.

Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive medical care to patients in a clinical setting
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Conduct patient histories and physical examinations, and communicate findings with the supervising physician
  • Order and interpret lab and diagnostic procedures, and provide follow-up care as needed
  • Facilitate coordination and development of a comprehensive plan of care in collaboration with the patient, family, and multidisciplinary team
Qualifications
  • Licensed by the South Carolina State Board of Medical Examiners
  • Current licensure/certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with authorization for prescriptive authority
