Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient specialist to fulfill administrative duties and support insurance agents in gaining and keeping customers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Use exemplary communication to efficiently meet the needs of customers while promoting the development of our business.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bilingual - Spanish required.
- Dedicated to customer service.
- Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred.
- Able to obtain Property and Casualty License.
- Able to obtain a Life/Health License.
- Able to achieve mutually agreed upon marketing goals.
- Interested in marketing products and services based on customer needs.

COMPENSATION:
$55,000.00 per year.

Our mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams.
We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement Planning, Business Insurance, College Planning, Health Insurance, and Renters Insurance.
We are located in Orange and our office is open Monday-Friday 8:30 am to 5:30 pm. Closed on Weekends.
We have 10 team members at our agency and 110 years of combined insurance experience in our office.
We have received awards including: President's Club, Chairman's Circle, Ambassador Travel, Legion of Honor, Million Dollar Round Table, Senior Vice President's Club, National Quality Award, Bronze Tablet, and New Agent Program Qualifier.
