  • Foster strong relationships with clients through exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Pursue new business opportunities through social media, networking, and referrals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to create promotional materials and strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline management, and client interactions in the CRM system.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, real estate, or a related field (experience with seller-financed homes is a plus).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine passion for helping others.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a must.
  • Valid real estate license (if required by state regulations) or willingness to obtain one.

Estimated Salary Range: $72k - $108k per annum, depending on performance and location.
