Rallye Mercedes is seeking a highly skilled Parts Inventory Control and Shipping Clerk to join our team. As a key member of our parts department, you will be responsible for overseeing inventory control and shipping/receiving operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Ensure accurate and up-to-date inventory levels, including tracking and verifying stock and inventory of all parts and accessories.
  • Shipping and Receiving: Coordinate and execute shipping and receiving activities, including tracking incoming and outgoing shipments, verifying against bills of lading, invoices, orders, and other records.
  • Logistics and Operations: Determine shipment methods, prepare shipments, and receive incoming shipments, including unpacking and examining shipment contents, rejecting damaged items, and recording shortages.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by notifying other departments in the dealership when their parts arrive.
Requirements
  • 3 years of experience in automotive parts inventory control and shipping/receiving.
  • Experience with Mercedes-Benz and/or CDK systems preferred.
  • Clean and valid driver's license.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, organization, and customer relations skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word programs.
  • Ability to lift 70 pounds.
