  • Represent clients in arraignment, pretrial hearings, trial preparation, plea negotiations, trial, and sentencing proceedings.
  • Conduct extensive courtroom and trial experience in Superior Court.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure effective and efficient case management.
  • Stay up-to-date with relevant laws and regulations to provide the best possible representation.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctorate from an accredited college or university.
  • License to practice law in the State of Georgia.
  • One year of relevant legal experience or one year of experience at the lower-level Attorney 1 position.
