  • Develop and maintain relationships with top talent in the federal government sector.
  • Screen and present candidates to hiring managers, ensuring they meet the required qualifications.
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, application status, and interview outcomes.
  • Contribute to the development of recruitment advertisements and marketing materials.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and job fairs to network and promote GTSC's services.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as human resources, business, or psychology.
  • At least 10 years of experience in federal government recruiting, preferably in the IC/DoD sector.
  • Proven track record of successfully filling hard-to-fill positions, including those requiring high-level clearances.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of federal government regulations, policies, and employment laws.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
