Project Manager Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at Lennar Homes. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development of our communities, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate all aspects of community development, including land acquisition, entitlements, and construction.
  • Develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, construction, and sales.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide regular progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in community development, project management, or a related field.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred in urban planning, real estate, business, or a related field.
  • Advanced PC skills, including Microsoft Office and project management software.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
