As a Teletherapist, you will provide therapy services to clients through a HIPAA-compliant teletherapy platform. The ideal candidate will have experience working with diverse populations and a strong desire to be part of a growing company that offers innovative and creative ways to treat clients.
Responsibilities:
- Provide therapy services to clients through virtual sessions
- Complete assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes
- Collaborate with the MySpectrum team to develop strategies and techniques to meet the needs of our clients
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay up-to-date on best practices in mental health therapy
Requirements:
- Licensed as an LCSW, LPC, or LCP in the state of Virginia
- Experience working with diverse populations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High-speed internet access and a HIPAA-protected space for sessions
