Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Mixologist to join our team at El Cholo. As a key member of our hospitality staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Outstanding Service: Deliver the highest quality service to guests at all times, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Product Knowledge: Possess strong knowledge of commonly-used concepts, best practices, and procedures in a restaurant, including food and beverage offerings.
  • Sales and Upselling: Make recommendations and suggestive sell items you genuinely feel your guests will enjoy, driving sales and revenue growth.
  • Teamwork: Promote and participate in a strong team effort, collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals.
  • Cleanliness and Safety: Assist in maintaining a clean, safe working environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred.
  • Certifications: Valid California Food Handler Certification.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years experience in a high volume, fast-paced full service restaurant.
