Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate veterinary receptionist to join our team at Bedford Veterinary Medical Center. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing appointments, and maintaining the overall efficiency of our hospital.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide warm and welcoming greetings to clients and patients
  • Manage appointment scheduling and check-in/check-out processes
  • Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner
  • Process payments and maintain accurate records
  • Offer emotional support and guidance to clients during times of need

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months of veterinary experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized and able to multitask
  • Self-starter with a desire to continue learning and growing

Working Hours:

Monday – Friday: 7:00 am – 6:00 pm, Saturday 7:00 am – 4:00 pm, Sunday 9:00 am – 3:00 pm

Pay: Competitive pay based on experience
