Job Summary:

Cleveland County Schools is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our team in a PreK Blended SAIL classroom. As an EC Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and engaging learning environment that fosters the social, emotional, and cognitive development of our young students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the school's curriculum and meet the needs of diverse learners
  • Establish a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes socialization, creativity, and critical thinking
  • Assess student progress and adjust instruction to meet individual needs
  • Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues to ensure a collaborative approach to student success

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
  • Valid teaching certification
  • Experience working with young children in a classroom setting
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
