Key Duties
  1. Respond to customer needs through various communication channels, maintaining high service quality and satisfaction levels.
  2. Provide precise customer quotes and bids, with a clear understanding of costs and delivery timelines.
  3. Effectively communicate any changes in terms and conditions to customers.
  4. Prepare monthly sales forecasts to align with the strategic and financial objectives of the organization.
