About the Position

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Urology Nurse Specialist to join our team at Harborview Medical Center. As a vital member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional patient care and support in our urology clinic.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing pre-assessment evaluations and intake assessments for patients seen in our multi-service clinics
  • Conducting point-of-care procedures, including urine dipstick tests and pregnancy tests
  • Demonstrating proper sterile technique for minor surgery procedures and wound care
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care
  • Phone triaging and providing discharge planning for patients

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $79,600 - $139,800 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a generous salary, we also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as retirement savings options.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • An active WA State or Multi-State RN License by start date
  • At least 2 years of acute care or outpatient nursing experience, preferably in urology
