Position Overview:

This role is primarily focused on identifying and facilitating real estate acquisition opportunities that align with our production objectives. Key responsibilities include sourcing leads, analyzing market trends, and contributing to land development and lot acquisition initiatives.

Based in Oklahoma City, this position plays a vital role in advancing the company's development projects while ensuring compliance with quality standards.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate potential land and lot acquisitions
  • Identify risks that may affect development opportunities
  • Conduct market research and prepare analytical reports
  • Participate in presentations and assist with document evaluations
  • Coordinate due diligence activities
  • Prepare project budgets and financial forecasts
  • Perform other relevant tasks as required

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in acquisitions
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with effective communication skills
  • Familiarity with land-related processes and regulations

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in land acquisition for a homebuilding or development organization
  • A degree in finance or real estate is advantageous

Physical Requirements:

  • Occasional lifting and moving of objects
  • Extended periods of sitting
  • Occasional standing or walking
  • Mainly office-based with computer usage
