Job Summary

We are seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join our fast-growing team in Stockton, CA and surrounding areas. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for diagnosing, treating, and preventing speech, language, and swallowing disorders. You will create treatment and therapy plans to suit the individualized needs of a diverse population of patients. Your role will involve performing screenings to detect voice or speech disorders, educating patients and family members about speech disorders, and keeping detailed records relating to patient conditions and progress.

Requirements

  • Masters degree in Speech-language Pathology
  • Active California Speech & Language Pathologist license
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in Speech and Language Pathology
  • Strong understanding of speech-related conditions, causes, and treatments
  • Excellent coaching and verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with computers, especially patient and healthcare databases

Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, you will receive mileage reimbursement and have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
