Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our Acute Care Laboratory Sales team in Arizona. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with customers in the laboratory segment.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales growth targets in the laboratory consumables and capital equipment categories.
• Collaborate with acute care representatives and IDN market directors to drive sales growth and expand our customer base.
• Present laboratory consumables and capital equipment to customers, highlighting the benefits and value of our products.
• Establish and nurture relationships with customers and manufacturer representatives to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
• Achieve sales growth goals and develop a regular call cycle with key decision-makers.
• Manage and maintain existing business, presenting new products to grow business and identify new sales opportunities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of quota-based sales experience demonstrating a background in cold calling, commissioned, full-cycle sales experience.
• Track record of demonstrable sales growth and quota attainment.
• Ability to present multiple product lines and excellent communication and organization skills.
• Stable work history and ability to work independently.
• Computer proficiency, especially MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Previous laboratory consumables and capital equipment sales experience preferred.
• Ability to drive a car, travel in that car 90% of each day, and interact with healthcare providers on site.
