  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints, providing solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Assist with own damage vehicle accident matters, including billing and coordinating repairs, ensuring timely and efficient resolution.

Requirements

  • Hold a GCE N/O Level, NITEC, Higher NITEC, or Diploma in a relevant field.
  • Have 1-3 years of experience in the automotive industry or workshop environment.
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).

Additional Information

  • Salary: Up to SGD 2,300 + OT + AWS + VB.
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm, Saturday, 8:30am - 12:30pm.
  • Working Location: Tuas.
