Retail Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Killington Resort. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of our products, including features, benefits, and pricing.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and merchandise returns.
- Restock shelves, maintain visual displays, and ensure a clean and organized store environment.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving and processing merchandise, and maintaining accurate inventory levels.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide support during peak periods.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 2-4 years of retail sales experience, or a combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and skills are acquired.
- Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service.
