About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Computing Solutions Architect to join our team at Amazon. As a Cloud Computing Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative cloud computing solutions for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement cloud computing solutions for customers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cloud-based solutions
  • Develop and maintain technical expertise in cloud computing technologies
  • Provide technical guidance and support to customers and internal teams

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of technical specialist, design and architecture experience
  • 5+ years of database experience
  • 7+ years of consulting, design and implementation of serverless distributed solutions experience
  • 5+ years of software development with object-oriented language experience
  • 3+ years of cloud-based solution experience
  • Current, active US Government Security Clearance of Top Secret or above

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of security, compliance and risk management experience
  • Professional experience architecting/deploying/operating solutions built on AWS
  • Experience working within software development or Internet-related industries
  • Experience migrating or transforming legacy customer solutions to the cloud

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $138,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $239,000/year in our highest geographic market.
