Position Overview:
The HR Operations Specialist will serve as the representative of the Human Resources department, warmly welcoming all guests, team members, and business associates while efficiently managing the daily administrative tasks of a dynamic HR office.

Key Responsibilities:
This role will play a crucial part in enhancing the employee experience at the hotel, assisting with the onboarding process and orientation for new hires, as well as organizing various employee engagement events throughout the year.

Additional duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Routine upkeep and data entry in the Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
  • Overseeing weekly payroll processing.
  • Handling incoming calls and managing walk-in inquiries effectively.
  • Participating in special projects within the hotel.
  • Coordinating and planning employee relations events.
  • Communicating employee benefits information clearly and maintaining all employee communications.

This position is highly visible and requires significant interaction with operational staff, assisting and engaging with them to proactively identify opportunities for the HR team to enhance the overall employee experience.
