About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chef De Cuisine to join our team at Four Seasons Resort Rancho Encantado Santa Fe. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing all culinary and pastry staff and aspects of the kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a high-performing team of culinary professionals to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Develop and implement innovative menu concepts and culinary programs that drive Food and Beverage business revenue and increase guest satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the Restaurant GM and Assistant Director of Food and Beverage to problem-solve and recommend solutions and alternatives with confidence, clarity, and mutual respect.
  • Monitor labor, supplies, and food expenses to achieve financial goals for the kitchen.
  • Ensure that all culinary and pastry staff meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and hygiene.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of Culinary Manager experience in a luxury hospitality environment.
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong communication skills with a clear understanding of both English and Spanish (Preferred) language.
