Relationships

The Culinary Preparation Specialist will work under the guidance of the Culinary Manager while also demonstrating initiative and leadership. Strong communication skills and the ability to maintain relationships with managers, team members, vendors, and guests are essential.

Qualifications

  • Experience in high-volume restaurants, culinary settings, or hospitality is preferred.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of food and kitchen equipment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; culinary training is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of integrity and awareness.
  • Willingness to accept feedback and adapt accordingly.
  • Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to stand and move for extended periods, including navigating stairs.
  • Capability to obtain necessary local, state, and federal licenses and certifications.
